“I have been in the appliance repair field since 2002, learning on the job from a 30 year veteran of the business. Then in 2011, I started my own business. I worked for Marathon Oil Company for 10 years, in operations and maintenance before I had to retire from an injury to my back. I received my Associate of Applied Science degree in Petroleum Technology from Lincoln Trail Jr. College in 1983. In 2004 I received a BS degree in HRD from Indiana State University. I enjoy meeting people, sharing life stories, and helping repair their appliances. I am compassionate and caring towards my customers’ wants and needs. I will help them make the best decision to either repair or replace their appliance per age of the appliance, dependability of the brand, and the cost of the repair."
