Meet The Owner

Terri Stewart is carrying on the family tradition of appliance repair with her husband Tim. Terri's dad owned his own appliance repair business for 30 years in Marshall. Wille, a retired Air Force Master Sargent passed his knowledge and expertise of appliance repair down to several in the family, including his son-in-law Tim. Terri hopes to expand her business in the near future, with possible sales of new appliances and parts. Please give Terri a call for any questions you have with your appliance repairs.

Tim and I have been happily married for 27 years. We have three beautiful daughters, Alex, Addie and Annie-Kate and a son Cayden. We have no grandchildren yet!

A little about Tim Stewart - Lead Technician

"I have been in the appliance repair field since 2002, learning on the job from a 30 year veteran of the business. I worked for Marathon Oil Company for 10 years, in operations and maintenance before I had to retire from an injury to my back. I received my Associate of Applied Science degree in Petroleum Technology from Lincoln Trail Jr. College in 1983. In 2004 I received a BS degree in HRD from Indiana State University. I enjoy meeting people, sharing life stories and helping repair their appliances. I am compassionate and caring towards my customers' wants and needs. I will help them make the best decision to either repair or replace their appliance per age of the appliance, dependability of the brand and cost of the repair. "

"I am very involved with the community. I have a passion for giving a helping hand and being involved in our community. I am on the Helping Hands committee of St. Mary's Church. I am also a member of the Knights of Columbus through St. Mary's Church in Marshall, Illinois. I am actively involved with their various programs to help the community and the disadvantaged."

"I support the Marshall (LIONS) School Educational and Athletics' Programs. I proudly support the University of Illinois and I am a proud sponsor of the 'I' fund & U of I Athletics."
